The surveys
Two forms of the survey have been developed to reflect operational differences between large and small businesses.
Large companies (500 < employees): The CommunityMark online survey for large companies is split into two parts.
Part A: The first part focuses on how a company invests in the community. It assesses the processes a company has in place to execute a planned approach to their community programmes demonstrating how they work in partnership to address real and relevant need.
Part B: The second part of the survey focuses on measurement and evaluation of key community projects and the difference that they have made to the community and the business, referee feedback from employees and community partners, and identification of commitments for the next three years.
Small companies (500 > employees): In this survey a company is assessed on how it develops, integrates and manages its community plan. Additionally, questions focus on measurement and evaluation of key community projects and the difference that they have made to the community and the business, referee feedback from employees and community partners, and identification of commitments for the next three years.
All CommunityMark applications should be submitted on 22 December 2008.
